Wow, already 3 weeks into training for Boston. For some reason I get panicked around now that I will not be ready for Boston–it’s only 15 weeks out and I have to be ready for hills, hills, and more hills. Though Heartbreak never really bothers me, it is the next couple of hills after that seem to break me. My mileage is increasing, breaking the 80 mile mark. I started doubles AM and PM. I try to run the shorter of the two runs in the evening so not to cut into family time. The weather has been great this week–unseasonably warm–which is good for running. I hate it when it is cold enough to freeze your breath on your eyelashes. It looks warm up until Monday.
